Join us in shaping the future of fair and inclusive workplaces as a mentee! This mentorship offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Ideal for individuals passionate about making policy and cultural transformations in organizations and workplaces, this role involves a commitment of six months to one year with bi-monthly virtual meetings with the Head Strategist.


  • High school senior, college student, or recent graduate with an interest in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion/Social Justice Change Management

  • Openness to feedback and coaching.

  • Interest in Human Resources and Employee Experience is a plus.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain practical experience in entrepreneurship, data visualization, and client management.

  • Develop skills in social media management and data analytics.

  • Understand the basics of DEI research and social justice data analysis.

  • Enhance teamwork and project management abilities.

Duration and Schedule:

  • Commitment of six months to one year.

  • Bi-monthly virtual meetings with the Head Strategist.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Unpaid mentorship.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment:

  • 100% Remote.

  • Must have a computer/laptop and internet connection.
