I started Inclusion.Logic with a single mission: to be a part of the change to get businesses more inclusive, build equitable spaces, and fight racism in the workplace. I approach each of my clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies.

With my experience in leadership and a workplace change agent, I want to help businesses achieve a high-performing, high-value environment for their employees. This means looking under the hood and rooting out bad policies and processes that allow toxic culture like white supremacy and bias to degrade your company.
